We hope that the content of this book will become study materials and inspire lecturers and researchers to continue or furhter research and development of the science and technology of chemoreaction drying which is still a pioneer and has yet to be more studied out side Indonesia So far there is still limited researches in other universities or research institutes and also limited experience in the community application of chemoreaction drying technology particularly in the agricultural communities and in industries It is hoped that this book will inspire research and development R D to researchers so that this technology can further develop and be applied in the community for post harvest handling and in the agricultural product processing industries Especially products with high economic value include such as spices medicinal and fragrance ingredients ornamental plant seeds bioactive materials and also in healthy whole natural foods especially fresh agricultural products such as pepper carrot ginger coloured tubers melati flawer kenanga flawer expensive seeds plants containing high vitamines minerals essencial oils etc We hope that the content of this book will become study materials and inspire lecturers and researchers to continue or furhter research and development of the science and technology of chemoreaction drying, which is still a pioneer and has yet to be more studied out side Indonesia.
